Why is the tool colors different on my website that what is set in the admin?

🧰 Prerequisites

  • Access to Direct Booking Tools dashboard

  • Have RGB color values to enter into your DBT tool designer

🔧 Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Review RGB Values

  • Login into your DBT Dashboard
  • Confirm RGB values in each tool designer
  • If they are not the same, re-enter them and then click SAVE

Step 2: RGB Values are correct

  • If the RGB values are correct for each Tool Designer, you will need to clear your cache in your browser i.e. Chrome, Safari, etc used to view your website.
  • You can use in Chrome the Incognito option to verify the colors are correct.
  • You can use another browser type that has not been used to view your website to verify the colors are correct.

 

Step 3: My colors are still different after Step 1 & 2

If you have verified both step 1 and 2 and still see different colors please use the Contact Us option located in the upper right and provide us with the information:

  • Send us the RGB Values desired for your DBT tools
  • Confirm you tried to clear the browser cache and/or use another browser type
