# I need to make some updates to the account access and email. How would I do that?
## How to update access to your DBT dashboard.
#### 🧰 Prerequisites
- First Name and Last Name of new user
- Complete email address of new user
- Confirm new user has cell phone capable of SMS text messaging

#### 🔧 Step-by-Step Instructions
### **Step 1: Use the link above**
The link button [Contact Us](https://directbookingtools.com/contact-us/) located in the upper right of this page to send us the information.
> Example John Doe, John.Doe@anywhereDOTcom Cell phone 123-123-1234 .
### **Step 2: Authorized User's may only request this**
Existing users such as Primary users, such as Owner or Primary Stakeholder may only request this.
> For the sake of security, we will only accept request via email for user access from these permission groups.
### **Step 3: Await confirmation of new users account created**
New user will need to follow instructions from email that is created and they will need to login using the exact email address submitted along with a cell phone which will allow a SMS text message for OTP authentication.
