I am unable to receive the OTP SMS code, can it be sent to an email address?

Unfortunately, in this moment we cannot enable a User to access the Direct Booking Tools dashboard by sending an OTP code via email.

All user requests for DBT dashboard access requires:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Cell phone for SMS tex - this is required

 We will notify all users when we have an expanded dashboard access options for OTP or 2 Factor Authentication.
